Traveling by train from South Jersey (Cherry Hill) to New York City?
If you’re a train person, help me! This summer, I want to go to New York City. The only way I can go is by train.
Is there any way to go from the Cherry Hill (train) Station to a New York Train Station?
I don’t mind transferring, as log as I get there & back (:

I tried playing around with NJ Transit http://www.njtransit.com but, without knowing if it HAS to be Cherry Hill vs another station in another town (in other words can you get to another train station in your area) it seems like it is impossible by train. Bus service IS available but will require changing.
IF you can manage to get to Philly or Trenton, you’d have no problem, lots of choices from both locations.
